OUR FAQ

Got Questions We’ve Got Answers ?

How Long Does A Typical Engagement Take?

Most engagements run between eight and sixteen weeks. Discovery and scoping take two to three weeks, build and integration take the bulk of the schedule, and we reserve the final two weeks for testing, handover and team training.

How Do You Protect Our Data?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to the engineers assigned to your account, and we sign a mutual NDA before discovery begins. We can also work inside your own cloud tenancy if your policy requires it.

Can You Support Long-Term Technology Planning?

Yes. Alongside delivery work we run quarterly roadmap sessions covering architecture, capacity and budget, so your technology plan stays aligned with where the business is actually heading.

Do You Provide Ongoing Support After Launch?

Every project includes thirty days of post-launch support at no extra cost. Beyond that we offer monthly retainers covering monitoring, bug fixes, security patching and a set allocation of development hours.

How Is Project Pricing Calculated?

Pricing is based on the scope agreed at discovery, the seniority of the people required, and the expected duration. You receive a written estimate with a breakdown before any work starts, and we flag any change that would affect it.

Do You Build Custom Solutions Or Use Off-The-Shelf Tools?

We use proven platforms wherever they fit, because they are faster to deploy and cheaper to maintain. We build custom software only where your requirements genuinely have no good off-the-shelf answer.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Retainers can be cancelled with thirty days written notice. For fixed-price projects you are billed only for the milestones completed at the point of cancellation, and all work produced to that date is handed over to you.
