These terms apply when you use this website or engage Eliteaxis for consulting, development or managed support work. They were last updated on 1 September 2026. This page is template content and should be reviewed by your own legal adviser before you publish it.
You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to extract content at a scale that affects its availability for others.
Every engagement is defined by a written statement of work that sets out deliverables, timelines, assumptions and price. Where anything in that statement of work conflicts with these terms, the statement of work takes precedence.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and does not begin until you approve it in writing.
Fixed-price projects are invoiced against agreed milestones. Time-and-materials work is invoiced monthly in arrears against recorded hours. Subscription plans are billed in advance on the same date each month.
Invoices are payable within 30 days. We may suspend work on overdue accounts after giving you 14 days written notice.
You may upgrade a subscription plan at any time, with the difference prorated to your next billing date. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. For fixed-price projects, you are billed only for milestones completed at the point of cancellation, and all work produced to that date is handed over to you.
On full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries and frameworks we bring to the engagement, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work.
Content, branding and code on this website remain the property of Eliteaxis unless stated otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during an engagement private, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation continues for three years after the engagement ends.
We warrant that work will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and we will correct defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no cost.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
